Nobody built this. So we did.
A new padel court opens somewhere in the world every few hours. Nobody counts what opens with it. Stiff backs straight off a nine-hour desk. Warm-ups skipped. First sets given away. We know, because we are those players: weekday games squeezed between meetings, Sunday tournaments reached half-awake, fifteen minutes before the first serve.
So we stopped calling it bad luck. We brought in the best specialists we could find, from the country where padel was born, and asked for one thing: a single programme for people who play around a full life, Wednesday evening or Sunday morning. Three moments. One protocol. Sugar-free, batch-tested, dissolving to clear water. Not a shortcut. A system.
To make the body bend.
